The world’s largest emblem and patch manufacturer, World Emblem, partnered with Hanson to launch a best-in-class eCommerce experience on their existing site using Optimizely's Commerce Connect platform. The new, user-friendly site extends their market reach, offering popular stock patches directly to consumers and paving the way for future features like custom emblem design and ordering.

Situation
World Emblem is the best in the business, providing a wide range of customizable and in-stock patches, from American flags to corporate logos. Their consistent growth and expansion fueled an opportunity to evolve their previous marketing site to enable eCommerce.
Our solution was to create a digital storefront that combines the efficiency of their B2B portal with an engaging, intuitive direct-to-consumer experience—one that inspires creators and small businesses while streamlining the purchasing process.
Our creative and development teams collaborated to build a new eCommerce experience on Optimizely, using the flexibility of Commerce Connect to build a platform that's both scalable and seamless. We designed a welcoming digital space where customers can easily explore and shop from a catalog of in-stock patches.
The new public site makes it easy for anyone to access World Emblem’s high-quality products, showcasing beautiful designs like the colorful Breast Cancer Awareness patches, timeless Chenille letters and numbers, and American flags.
