Situation
World Emblem is the best in the business, providing a wide range of customizable and in-stock patches, from American flags to corporate logos. However, they faced a challenge: how to offer these high-quality products directly to individual consumers.
Our solution was to create a digital storefront that combines the efficiency of their B2B portal with an engaging, intuitive direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience—one that inspires creators and small businesses while streamlining the purchasing process.
Our creative and development teams collaborated to build a new eCommerce experience on Optimizely, using the flexibility of Configured Commerce to build a platform that's both scalable and seamless. We designed a welcoming digital space where customers can easily explore and shop from a huge catalog of in-stock patches.
The new public site makes it easy for anyone to access World Emblem’s high-quality products, showcasing beautiful designs like the colorful Breast Cancer Awareness patches, timeless Chenille letters and numbers, and American flags
